Really good first episode, very nice animation, nice opening and outro, good voice actors, beautiful atmosphere, and very nice art style. It's a bit sad what Netflix has done, but hopefully this series will still be successful. Hopefully, through this animation, more people will hear about this great work and consume it. Very good main characters and the bakery thing works very well. The manga is also very good. One of the best romantic mangas, and hopefully, animes as well.
